Online forms for each type of donation are listed below. Not all forms are the same and not all forms require a password; only donations that require a payment to the school require a password. You also cannot enter all items using the same system; each type of donation requires a different form. The $$ Donation and Wish List Donation will go through the same system as our Lottery and Enrollment; you will use your MyDCP Online username and password, the system will know who you are and you can pay online securely. The Item and Wine Donation forms are Google forms; they are not secure, they are not tied to an existing database, they do not require a password and you will have to fill-in your name and contact info. Donate Directly to the Paddle Raiser OR Throw Some Doubloons ($$ Donation Form) Use this form to donate money specifically to the Paddle Raiser OR to the Auction's bottom line. Any amount will help! This form uses our secure online provider; you will be able to pay with a credit card/bank transfer or drop off a check at the school. This form requires your MyDCP Online username and password.
