The philosophy, vision and mission of the DCP is embodied by the active parent participation at our school. Being a member of the cooperative means assisting in the classroom on a rotating basis, serving on at least one committee or on the governing board, participating in school fundraising activities, attending the all-parent meetings, and taking part in classroom clean-ups.
Classes have two paid staff members, consisting of a teacher and an assistant, in addition to a parent helper present at all times. Parents enrich the preschool program by lending their special talents and abilities.
