Hi there! I’m Olivia and I’m so happy to have joined the DCP community this year! I am thoroughly enjoying my role as Extended Care Lead and Float during the day as it has allowed me to make connections and get to know kiddos in every room! I am also so thrilled to be leading the returning Learn Together program!
Originally, I relocated from the Midwest to continue my role as Operations & Training Manager of the water park at the Gaylord Rockies. Not long after, I started back in childcare to fill my heart cup at a small business daycare before finally landing at DCP. It feels like home!
I have worked in many different childcare settings with kids aged 6 weeks and up! I take great joy in being a loving and reliable adult and creating a safe, welcoming space for every single child. I take special interest in reading new research and literature about childcare discoveries and childhood development.
When I’m not at school, you can usually find me crafting, advocating for justice, dancing, researching all things early childhood, watching a documentary, or spending quality time with my pups Zola & Lucy, and my husband, Taj.
I am looking forward to the future ahead here at DCP!
