*Per SB-25-004 “Regulating Child Care Center Fees,” families may request a refund of a portion of their application fee if they do not receive placement in the program within six-months of the day their application is submitted. Families requesting a refund of their application fee must submit their request to the Executive Director and Head of School (mary@dcpplay.org)  and Governing Board President (president@dcpplay.org)  via email. Per SB-25-004, and as determined by the Colorado Department of Early Childhood, DCP will retain a $25 administrative fee before issuing a refund to the prospective family. Refunds will not be provided to families who are offered placement in the program and decline the spot, regardless of which class schedule is offered. Please note, this legislature applies to application fees only. Intent to Enroll fees and deposits are still considered non-refundable.
